Beth joined Baltic back in November 2016 as an Apprenticeship Coordinator for Social Media and Digital Marketing Apprentices. Since then, Beth has taken responsibility for many of the other programmes Baltic offers and most recently she joined the Customer Relations Team. The best part of the role for Beth is being able to build relationships with the apprentices and employers and guide them on their apprenticeship journey from start to finish. As well as her main duties, Beth has also taken on extra responsibilities within Baltic by undertaking the Institute of Customer Service qualification and by becoming a Fire Warden. Beth says that the best thing about working for Baltic is the fact that everybody works as a team and we all celebrate each other’s achievements, there are lots of opportunities for development.
