Natalie Richardson

Technical Trainer

Natalie Richardson is one of our Social Media and Digital Marketing Trainers

Natalie joined Baltic in November 2014 as one of our trainers delivering the Social Media and Digital Marketing apprenticeship programme. Before Natalie Joined Baltic she completed her Web and Multimedia Design BA Hons degree, and then went on to spend 2 years in a social media and events coordination position and 1 year as a freelance designer. She also obtained her COLF (Certified Online Training Facilitator) certification. The best part of the role for Natalie, is meeting the apprentices on the social media workshop as she says it’s nice to put a face to the name and hear them tell her about their role and what they’re doing in the workplace. When she’s not training Baltics Social Media and Digital Marketing apprentices, Natalie spends her time volunteering at a local cheerleading club where she coaches children from the age 4 upwards. Her greatest achievement she says, is Learning to drive, as not only has this has an impact on her personal life but she wouldn’t be able to go and visit the learners in the workplace without passing her test.
