Racheal joined Baltic in January 2016 as a member of the Apprenticeship Coordinator team, dealing with scheduling and overseeing the smooth running of our various apprenticeship programmes and the learners on those programmes. Rachel’s role has evolved since she began working at Baltic as she has now taken on more responsibilities within the Customer Relations department, dealing with learners and employers in a more supportive and client facing role.
The best part of the role for Rachel is trying her best to resolve the concerns and query’s she receives. Rachel currently co-ordinates 5 different apprenticeship programmes and has the largest caseload of learners. When she is not busy with her day to day workload, she also lends a hand and gets in involved with other tasks around the office by performing her duties as a fire warden. The best part of working for Baltic according to Rachael is the opportunities that Baltic offer to learn new things and to gain qualifications, for example, Rachel is currently undertaking our internal customer service qualification.
