Every ship needs a captain and our directors guide the company and make sure we stay on course to deliver the fantastic service Baltic are known for.

Business Development Managers

Building good relationships with employers is vital to our success. Our team of Business Development Managers are key to the growth of our business. They are passionate about helping young people kick start their careers and educating employers on the benefits of recruiting an apprentice.


Everybody needs a little bit of support sometimes and our Trainers are the ones who give the apprentices their technical skills.

Customer Relations Team

Our team of co-ordinators are in charge of our training schedule, ensuring everybody is where they should be at the right time, which with multiple trainers and hundreds of learners on programme at any given time can be quite a challenge. Despite the complex nature of our training and delivery, our co-ordinators always ensure everything runs like clockwork and they are the first point of call when it comes to anything training related.


Everybody needs some support sometimes, and our Assessors guide the apprentice through their apprenticeship, always there to lend a hand or give that extra support when it’s needed.
