Baltic Training Apprenticeship Routes

Being an apprentice doesn’t necessarily mean being locked into one industry. You will build up valuable, transferable workplace skills and experience too.

Over 80% of apprentices say their career prospects have improved. That’s because an
apprenticeship offers at least a year in the industry, picking up practical working knowledge and skills that will be attractive to any employer.

For those who do stay with the company they train with, they have a head start over university graduates. Not only are they ahead in terms of experience, research shows that apprentices can are rewarded for this experience. Apprentices can earn almost £4,000 more than graduates in their first job.
