As part of our apprenticeship resources, here’s some information we have put together about how we can share information on apprenticeships with schools.
Baltic Training are innovators and forward-thinkers when it comes to apprenticeship training. We specialise in IT and Digital Marketing, recently placing our 3600th young adult onto one of our digital apprenticeship programmes.
Our apprenticeships are a great way for young adults to get the qualifications and experience needed to start their career. We have apprenticeship opportunities nationwide with a vast range of employers, providing real opportunities and real prospects.
We want to offer our nation’s young people the best possible opportunities. We do this by attending events in areas where we already have a pool of committed employers, waiting for talented, hardworking apprentices. This ensures the start of a new career is never too far away!
Why We Do What We Do
It’s important to us that we get the word out to as many people as possible. One of the ways we do this is by engaging with schools, colleges and sixth forms to promote the opportunities we have on offer and to educate on careers within IT and digital marketing.
By attending careers fairs, assembly talks and open evenings, we aim to educate both prospective learners and educators about the changing world of apprenticeships and why they are integral to the growth and success of the digital economy of the UK.
Like all areas, the apprenticeship sector is always changing and evolving, and this is extremely exciting! We make it our mission to educate and support all those we work with, allowing you to support the young people in your care to make the best possible decisions about their future.
How Can You Get Involved?
We want to spread the word about digital apprenticeships, and this is where you come in! Are you planning a careers fair, skills show or opportunities event? Let us know about it!
By getting out into the community and engaging with prospective learners, our aim is to build an ongoing relationship with schools and colleges which can benefit generations of young people for years to come, as well as helping our various school partners across the country do their bit to help the digital sector thrive.
