About the Employer
Innov8 are a leading provider of software and IT infrastructure; they provide support packages and ICT solutions for businesses throughout the UK. They are now seeking an apprentice who has a passion for IT, is hardworking and eager to get started!
Tasks to be trained in
- Taking and logging calls on the support desk.
- Diagnose and resolve IT issues.
- Dealing with first line support cases.
- Keeping customers up to date with cases.
- Provide assistance to the senior engineers.
- Using internal systems.
Training to be provided
Infrastructure Technician Level 3
The modules you will complete as part of this apprenticeship are:
- Coding and Logic (Includes Exam)
- Business Processes (Includes Exam)
Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA’s):
- Networking Fundamentals (Includes Exam)
- Mobility and Device Fundamentals (Includes Exam)
- Cloud Fundamentals (Includes Exam)
- A passion for IT.
- Basic knowledge of software and hardware.
- Willing to learn.
- Good Communication skills.
- Comfortable with using a telephone.

Salary, Hours, Benefits
- £168.00 per week
- Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm
There are career progression opportunities available upon completion of the programme. You, along with your employer, may progress to a Level 4 programme, and take your training even further.
Location & Travel
Located in Stockport, the company is easily accessible by bus, tram and train. For candidates who drive there is parking available.
