About the Employer
Just Technology work with designing, installing, supporting and protecting voice and data networks for organisations. Originally founded in 2006 as Open IP, Just Technology now work with businesses of all sizes from all sectors. They are now looking for a motivated and willing to learn individual to join their team in Bolton. 

Tasks to be trained in

  • 1st Line Support
  • Supporting team members with projects
  • Troubleshooting tasks
  • Setting up IT hardware
  • Installing software

Training to be provided
The modules you will complete as part of this apprenticeship are:

  • Coding and Logic (Includes Exam)
  • Business Processes (Includes Exam)

Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA’s):

  • Networking Fundamentals (Includes Exam)
  • Mobility and Device Fundamentals (Includes Exam)
  • Cloud Fundamentals (Includes Exam)      

Skills Required

  • Good troubleshooting skills
  • Good communication skills
  • PC Literate
  • Hardworking
  • Willingness to learn

Salary, Hours, Benefits

  • £169 per week
  • Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm
  • Good training opportunities
  • Company incentives 

There are career progression opportunities available upon completion of the programme. You, along with your employer, may progress to a Level 4 programme, and take your training even further.

Location & Travel
Their office is based in Central Bolton and is easy to access via local buses and trains.
