About the Employer
Established in 2006, ITC Service offer a range of services such as telephony and consultations. With a 98% customer retention rate, they pride themselves on an excellent level of customer service at all times! They are now seeking a motivated apprentice to join their team!
Salary, Hours, Benefits
- £9360 per year
- Working 8am – 5pm daily
- 40 hours per week
- Early Friday finishes on a two weekly cycle

There are career progression opportunities available upon completion of the programme. You, along with your employer, may progress to a Level 4 programme, and take your training even further.
- Troubleshoot hardware issues in the workshop and over the phone
- Manage the helpdesk ticketing system
- Ensure comprehensive logging of all incidents
- Escalate relevant incidents to the support teams and account managers
- Follow technical instruction and policy in the department
- A knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft office packages would be beneficial
- Understanding of computer components
- Keen and eager with a passion for a career in IT
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize workload

Location & Travel
The office is located in Hebburn. The nearest metro station is Fellgate, around a 30 minute walk away. However there are plenty of bus routes in the area covering Gateshead, South Shields and Sunderland.
