About the Employer
Established in 2010, Parallax Agency are a creative Digital Marketing company based in central Leeds. They have grown their talented team of developers, designers and marketers to tap into new technologies and create cutting edge solutions for businesses. Due to their continued success and growth they are now looking for an apprentice email developer who will receive training and help from their current email developer and the wider frontend development team.
Salary, Hours, Benefits
- £15,500 per annum
- Monday to Friday
- 9:00AM – 5:00PM
- 20 Days Holidays + Bank Holidays

- Gaming Breaks/ Ethical Hack Days
There are career progression opportunities available upon completion of the programme. You, along with your employer, may progress to a Level 4 programme, and take your training even further.
- Turning designs from Adobe Photoshop into responsive emails.
- Learning and implementing best practices for wider email client support.
- Testing rendering across a pre-deﬁned list of major email clients and web browsers.
- Testing for spam scoring, using best practices to avoid spam ﬁlters.
- Writing clear, detailed HTML markup that is well formatted and easy to maintain.
- Completing work to set deadlines.
- Communicating and working closely with a 3rd party agency to ensure all designs are compatible with email standards.
- Have a keen interest in the latest technology and web trends
- Knowledge of HTML & CSS
- A willingness to learn
- Good communication skills
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and multiple priorities
- Enthusiastic and reliable

This opportunity is located in central Leeds with easy access to local public transport links from wider areas. There are local bus stops within close proximity.
