About the Employer

iPSL were established in year 2000 and since have become the market leader in processing domestic cheques across the UK, they have worked with a wide range of large banks and financial institutions such as Barclays. iPSL are now looking for an enthusiastic individual to join their IT team!

Salary, Hours, Benefits

  • £10,000 per year
  • Monday – Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm
  • 35 hours per week

There are career progression opportunities available upon completion of the programme. You, along with your employer, may progress to a Level 4 programme, and take your training even further.


  • Respond to customer enquiries and accurately log onto the internal CRM system
  • Answer telephone calls
  • Provide good customer Service
  • Follow procedures to provide first time fixes
  • Completion of work to company timeframes

  • Confident on the phone
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Passion for technology
  • Positive can do attitude

Location & Travel

iPSL are based in a busy area of Northampton, There are many bus routes around the area including services 9, 9A, 12 and 12A. Onsite parking makes it also easy for drivers to travel.
