Based in the Sir Colin Campbell University Campus, Nottingham, you’ll be involved in supporting and communicating with both our clients and engineers while developing your skills and knowledge through a range of exciting tasks and projects. 

Salary, Hours & Benefits

  • £8736 per annum
  • Monday to Friday
  • 9am – 5.30pm
  • 20 days holiday entitlement (plus bank holidays)
  • 1 hour lunch

There are career progression opportunities available upon completion of the programme. You, along with your employer, may progress to a Level 4 programme, and take your training even further.

Roles & Responsibilities

Reporting into the IT manager, you will be working within a team of 3, where there is a strong emphasis on staff development and training.

Typical roles and responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Providing technical 1st line support to our current customers
  • Maintaining and troubleshooting software
  • Working on industry leading monitoring and customer portal software
  • Onsite installations and repairs with support from a senior technician
  • Simplifying technical jargon for clients to understand

Full support and guidance will be provided by both the employer and training provider throughout the apprenticeship.

  • An understanding of IT & Technology would be beneficial
  • Basic experience or knowledge of computer hardware & software would be beneficial
