Established in 2005, T3 Network Solutions are expanding their technical IT Team with the addition of an IT Support Apprentice.

Located in Prime Business Centre, Derby DE21 you will provide 1st line Helpdesk Support to companies of all sizes.

Salary, Hours & Benefits

  • £8,287.50 per annum
  • Monday to Friday 9am – 5.00pm
  • 20 days holiday entitlement (plus bank holidays)
  • Open, friendly office environment

There are career progression opportunities available upon completion of the programme. You, along with your employer, may progress to a Level 4 programme, and take your training even further.

Roles & Responsibilities

Reporting into the Director and Technical Director, you will be working within a small team who will provide a range of support.

Typical roles and responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • 1st line helpdesk support to include;
  • Logging customer issues
  • Diagnosing IT issues with customers on the phone and/or using remote access tools
  • Setup and configuring computer hardware
  • Other office duties

Full support and guidance will be provided by both the employer and training provider throughout the apprenticeship.

Location & Travel

Although your role will be based from T3’s Derby office, T3 provide IT Support and Solutions primarily in the East Midlands, which includes Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire and Lincolnshire. The office is based on the outskirts of Derby City Centre close to Spondon Train Centre.


Due to funding requirements, there are specific candidate criteria that apply to this apprenticeship opportunity.
