Digital Marketing

The aim of this apprenticeship is to provide the skills and knowledge required of a successful digital marketer. The learner will undertake training to allow them to define, design, build and implement digital marketing campaigns across a variety of online and social media tools. Learners develop their aptitude to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention while demonstrating their ability to work to marketing briefs and instructions.

Course Content:

The modules in this apprenticeship include:

  • Principles of Coding (Includes Exam)
  • Principles of Online and Offline Marketing Theory – Part 1 and Part 2 (Includes Exam)

Certified Internet Web Professional (CIW):

  • CIW Social Media Strategist part 1 and part 2 (part 2 Includes Exam)

Apprentices will also complete an End Point Assessment (EPA) which includes: External Assessment, Synoptic Project, and Interview.

The training is delivered using a variety of methods, including Online Live, workshops and self study. Apprentices will receive assessor contact every 6 weeks which will be full a progress review, we encourage all managers and mentors to participate in this progress review.

Towards the end of the apprenticeship the assessor will provide final contact sessions to prepare your apprentice for EPA.

Courses will run typically every 5-8 weeks, and the order of the modules can be subject to change. The exams associated with the apprenticeship standard programmes will be delivered in the nearest test center or remotely.

Baltic Training do not deliver training in isolation. In addition to the experience gained through meaningful employment the apprentice will develop key business skills which will strengthen their employability within any chosen path.
