The aim of this apprenticeship is to develop knowledgeable technical sales people that can successfully sell a company’s technical products and services. The learner undertakes a mix of technical, sales and soft skills training to develop well rounded skills to allow them to build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.

This apprenticeship will help you fill roles such as:
- Sales Associate
- Customer support
- Technical Retail Assistant
- Junior Account Manager
The modules your apprentice will complete as part of this apprenticeship are:
- MTA Cloud Fundamentals
- HTML5 Application Development Fundamentals
- Sales Fundamentals
- Social Selling
- External Assessment, Synoptic Project and Overview
The training is delivered using a variety of methods, including Online Live, workshops and self study. Apprentice’s will receive monthly contact through our virtual assessing.The assessor will carry out a full progress review every 8 weeks and a feedback action plan every 8 weeks, meaning the types of contact will alternate through the programme. Courses will run typically every 5-8 weeks, and the order of the modules can be subject to change.
The exams associated with the apprenticeship standard programmes will be delivered in the nearest test centre.
CompTIA A+ Exams (901 & 902) are available upon request, on completion of the units.

Baltic Training do not deliver training in isolation. In addition to the experience gained through meaningful employment the apprentice will develop key business skills which will strengthen their employability within any chosen path.
