The aim of this apprenticeship is to develop knowledgeable technical sales people that can successfully sell a company’s technical products and services. The learner undertakes a mix of technical, sales and soft skills training to develop well rounded skills to allow them to build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.

This apprenticeship will help you fill roles such as:
- Sales Associate
- Customer support
- Technical Retail Assistant
- Junior Account Manager
The modules in this apprenticeship include:
- Sales Fundamentals (Includes Exam)
- Social Selling (Includes Exam)
Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA’s):
- MTA Cloud Fundamentals (Includes Exam)
- MTA HTML5 Application Development Fundamentals (Includes Exam)
Apprentices will also complete an End Point Assessment (EPA) which includes: External Assessment, Synoptic Project, and Interview.
The training is delivered using a variety of methods, including Online Live, Apprentices will receive assessor contact every 6 weeks which will be a full progress review, we encourage all managers and mentors to participate in this progress review.
Towards the end of the apprenticeship the assessor will provide final contact sessions to prepare your apprentice for EPA.
Courses will run typically every 8 weeks, and the order of the modules
can be subject to change. The exams associated with the apprenticeship standard programmes will be delivered in the nearest test centre.

Baltic Training do not deliver training in isolation. In addition to the experience gained through meaningful employment the apprentice will develop key business skills which will strengthen their employability within any chosen path.
