In taking on an apprentice you are committing to a 12 month programme where you will be required to provide on-the-job training, mentoring and coaching to your apprentice. In addition to this, the apprentice attends technical training courses delivered by Baltic. There are some exceptionally bright and talented young people out there, for whom going to university may not be an option. In most cases the apprentices will not have worked before and will have limited skills and experience, however, with the right support and training, apprentices can learn extremely quickly and work independently, making a contribution to your business within a relatively short space of time.
Our recruitment process is extremely thorough, and the team at Baltic ensure that we find individuals with a passion for technology, a thirst for knowledge, a great attitude and genuinely want an opportunity to be a part of your business.
